Monstrous-Sized White Chocolate Chip Matcha Cookies (GF!)

 

We can all agree that Matcha and white chocolate is the one of the best pairing in the culinary world, which is why today I wanted to make some delicious, chewy, and buttery white chocolate chip cookies with antioxidant rich Matcha powder!

These cookies are super easy to make and are irresistible to say no to! Everyone will love them!

Prep time: 15 Minutes

Bake time: 20 minutes

Yields: 10 Cookies


Ingredients:



  1. Gluten Free All Purpose-Flour... 1 cup
  2. MariMatcha Matcha Powder... 2 tbsps
  3. Baking soda... 1 teaspoon
  4. Salt... 1/4 teaspoon
  5. Eggs... 1 whole
  6. Softened butter... 3/4 a stick
  7. 1 cup of packed brown sugar
  8. White chocolate chips... 1 cup

  

Directions:


  1. In a bowl, add in the Gluten Free baking flour, MariMatcha Matcha powder, baking powder, and salt, and mix well. 
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the softened butter and brown sugar until well combined. 
  3. Crack in an egg and mix well. Add in a dash of vanilla. 
  4. Pour the wets into the drys and fold in the batter. 
  5. Add in the white chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop into a lined baking sheet and bake for about 10-12 minutes on 350 degrees Celsius. 
  7. Enjoy with a delicious and antioxidant rich cup of MariMatcha!
