Vibrant Green Matcha-Avocado Coconut Popsicles

I probably love avocados as much as I do Matcha — and I really love Matcha! I mean, who doesn’t love Avocados - they’re creamy and salty and sweet at the same time! 

Of course, my Matcha-kicthen is a laboratory of Matcha-combination delight, which is why I had to combine my two favorite mean green superfoods: Matcha and Avocados!

These Matcha-avocado Coconut milk popsicles are so soothing! They’re creamy, slightly bitter, but also sweet, which is an experience for the senses! 

Plus, they are super easy to make!!

Prep time: 10 Minutes

Set time: 2-5 hours

Yields: 6 Popsicles


  1. MariMatcha Matcha powder… 1 tbsp
  2. Vanilla Coconut Ice Cream… 1/2 cup
  3. Honey… 1 tsp
  4. Avocado… 1 ripe



  1. In a food processor, blend together the Matcha avocado, vanilla ice-cream, and honey until thick and creamy 
  2. Transfer to popsicle molds and let it sit the fridge for 2-5 hours. The longer the better. 
  3. Enjoy the creamy and soothing taste!
