Sweet And Chocolatey Matcha Coconut Bombs! Gluten Free!!

As you may or may not know - I love Matcha chocolate. It is sweet, savory, creamy, and nutty! Being the Matcha-chocolate enthusiast that I am, I also love to explore ways I can incorporate Match chocolate into an energy-boosting snack!

Today I experimented with a Matcha chocolate coconut-bomb! These chocolate and coconut bites are a perfect way to enjoy the sweet and creamy taste of Matcha chocolate with heart-healthy coconut flour and oatmeal! Plus, they are great to have as an afternoon snack!

Let's check it out!

Prep time: 20 Minutes

Yields: ~14 Coconut Chocolate Bombs

  1. White Chocolate... 8 oz
  2. Full Fat Coconut Milk... 1/3 cup
  3. MariMatcha Power... 1 tbsp
  4. Coconut Flour... 3/4 cup
  5. Oatmeal... 1/4 cup

  1. Melt the white chocolate either using a microwave or double-boil method.
  2. Once the chocolate is completely melted, sift in the MariMatcha matcha green tea powder, pour in the coconut milk and stir to combine.
  3. Let the chocolate mixture cool to harden (about 30minutes to an hour). It should be thick and sticky.
  4. Add in the coconut flour and oatmeal and knead to combine.
  5. Roll into bite-sized pieces and sift on more Matcha powder for a stronger Matcha taste (if desired!)
  6. Enjoy with a freshly prepared cup of MariMatcha for an extra boost of antioxidants and mood-enhancing l-theanine!
