Rich & Creamy Avocado Matcha Ice Cream! (Dairy Free!)

We all know that Matcha is practically overflowing with antioxidants, topping the charts with a whopping 1384 ORAC count per gram! We also know that Matcha tastes great and pairs with just about anything - so why not pair this healthy superfood with rich avocados in the form of Matcha avocado ice cream to get an antioxidant and nutrient boost!  

Filled with rich, antioxidant and heart-healthy fats, this naturally sweet and creamy avocado ice cream is absolutely delicious!  


  1. Full Fat Coconut Milk/Coconut Cream... 1 can. 

  2. Matcha Powder... 2 & 1/2 Tbsp
    (more or less depending on your preference!)

  3. Avocados... 3 ripe

  4. A dash of lemon... 1 tsp

  5. Honey... 1/4 cup


  1. Using a food processor, blend together the avocados, Matcha powder, lemon and honey. 

  2. Add the chilled coconut milk and briefly blend the ingredients until well mixed. (Only scoop the hardened coconut cream and reserve the liquid for another time)

  3. Taste the mixture to adjust the amount of Matcha to your liking!

  4. Pour the ice cream mixture into a freezable container and seal it shut. Freeze until solid (for about 6 hours)

  5. Top with cacao nibs, walnuts, sweet adzuki beans, more Matcha powder, or anything else to your liking! 

    Now it's done! Pair with a fresh cup of Matcha and enjoy!
