Nutty & Creamy Antioxidant Packed Matcha Chocolate

Okay, I'll admit it - I really love chocolate. There is something about the sweet and creamy taste that is just so irresistible. But I don't just love regular chocolate, I really love Matcha chocolate, which is why I am always experimenting in the kitchen to come up with the most delicious Matcha chocolate that captures the nutty, slightly bitter, and sweet palate of Matcha Green Tea!

Today, I decided to make some delicious and antioxidant rich Matcha topped with crunchy pumpkin seeds and coconut flakes! The irresitbly smooth taste of the Matcha chocolate compliments the sudden crunch of the pumpkin seeds!

Plus, this chocolate is so quick and easy to make!

Let’s check it out!

Prep time: 10 Minutes

Yields: ~16 2”x2” pieces of Chocolate

  1. MariMatcha Matcha powder... 1 tbsp
  2. White Chocolate, Melted... 12 oz

  1. Pumpkin seeds
  2. Coconut flakes!
  3. More Matcha!!!

  1. Using a microwave or double-boiler, melt the white chocolate until smooth and even - (reserve a couple spoonfuls of white chocolate for drizzling).

  2. Sift in the MariMatcha powder and fold the chocolate until there are no more clumps of Matcha.

  3. Pour the Matcha chocolate into a shallow container lined with parchment paper to prevent sticking and drizzle on the white chocolate!

  4. Top with your favorite toppings, such as pumpkin seeds and coconut flakes.

  5. Allow it to set in the fridge for about 1-2 hours.

  6. Cut into bite sized pieces and enjoy the sweet floral taste!
