Mood-Enhancing & Memory-Boosting Iced Matcha Turmeric Iced Tea!

Prep time: 5 Minutes

Yields: 2 Cups of Matcha


Ingredients:



  1. MariMatcha Matcha powder... 1 tbsp
  2. Turmeric Powder... 1/2 tbsp
  3. Black pepper... a dash
  4. Water... 3 cups
  5. Ice... 5 for each cup

Optional:

  1. Dash of Lemon juice
  2. Honey for sweetness


Directions:


  1. Using a kitchen blender, blend the MariMatcha Matcha powder with 1/2 of the water until bubbly and foamy.
  2. Pour into a seperate cup and put aside.
  3. Using the same blender, blend the turmeric powder and pepper (the pepper helps with the absorbability of the turmeric!) until creamy.
  4. First pour the Matcha into two cups with ice.
  5. Finish by pouring in the turmeric into the cups and add in some lemon or lime juice and a little bit of honey.
  6. Enjoy the amazing health benefits in one delicious soothing cup of Matcha!
