Guilt-free Matcha Marshmallow Rice Puffs! Gluten free & Dairy free!!

Growing up, I loved marshmallow rice puffs - it would probably be better to say that I was obsessed with them. Which was why when I came across the time idea of combing Matcha and marshmallows, my mind was blown!

These sweet rice puffs are a great way to combine the sweet chewy taste of marshmallows with creamy and nutty Matcha green tea powder! Plus, they are super easy to make!!

Ingredients:


For the Rice Puffs
  1. Mini Marshmallows... 1/2 bag
  2. Rice puffs... 2 cups
  3. Coconut oil 2 tbsps
  4. MariMatcha Power... 1 tsp

Directions:


  1. In a pan, melt the coconut oil and add in the marshmallows. 
  2. Stir until slightly melted and sticky, then add in the rice puffs to combine. 
  3. Once fully mixed, transfer it to a container, press it down with the back of your spoon, and let cool until hardened. 
  4. Cut into 4 x 2-inch pieces and enjoy the sweet, chewy, and crispy taste!
