Gluten Free & Vegan Guilt-free Matcha Cookie Dough


This week has been full of Matcha cookies. I started off my Monday with some chewy and crunchy Matcha white chocolate cookies and now am more than excited to venture into... edible Matcha cookie dough!

Made with hearty almond flour, coconut oil & cream, and vegan chocolate chips, this cookie dough for one is absolutely guilt free!

Prep time: 10 Minutes

Yields: 1 serving of cookie dough


  1. Almond flour... 1/3 cup (you can use Gluten Free All Purpose-Flour. too, but make sure it says that it can be consumed raw). 
  2. Brown Sugar... 3 tbsp
  3. MariMatcha Matcha Powder... 1 tsp
  4. Coconut oil... 2 tbsp
  5. Canned Coconut milk... 2 tbsp
  6. Vegan Chocolate chips (white, dark chocolate, or both)... 1/3 cup



  1. In a bowl, add in the almond flour, sugar, and MariMatcha Matcha powder. 
  2. Follow with the coconut oil and coconut milk. 
  3. Lastly, add in the chocolate chips and transfer to a small container!
  4. Enjoy with a delicious and antioxidant rich cup of MariMatcha!
