Foamy Matcha Latte (Au Lait)
On the weekdays, I tend to stick to my favorite cup of iced Matcha but love to spice things up once and a while! Which is why today I wanted to share this easy, 4-step Matcha Milk Latte! While using regular milk is fine, I find that an almond or cashew milk complements this recipe so well!
Let's take a look!
Milk (dairy or non-dairy alternative)... 2 cups
MariMatcha Tea Matcha Powder... 2 tsp
In a small pan heat up the milk of your choosing. Using a manual or electric whisk, froth the milk until bubbly.
Pour about 1/2 cup of the milk into the bottom of a heat-resistant glass. Then sift the Matcha powder into the remaining milk and mix until well combined.
Pour the Matcha milk on top of the plain milk and top with the remaining foam.
Top with Matcha powder for decoration!
