Creamy & Antioxidant-packed Matcha Coconut Almond Iced Latte! VEGAN & GLUTEN FREE!

I am in love with dairy-free milk - there is something about the floral hints of almond milk and the creamy thickness of coconut milk. Which is why my go-to type of latte is made with these two ingredients. 

Luckily, Matcha also pairs amazingly with all types of dairy-free milk, so whenever I am craving an icy cold sweet Matcha latte I love making this coconut almond blend! 

Rich in antioxidants and healthy fats, this latte is a great way to boost your morning energy, or even as an afternoon pick me up! Plus, the natural healthy fats in the coconut milk and protein in almond milk help keep me satisfied and prevents that afternoon crash! I always feel great after enjoying a creamy cup of Matcha Latte!

Prep time: 5 Minutes

Yields: 2 16 oz cups


For the Coconut Almond Lattes
  1. Full fat coconut milk... 1/2 cup
  2. Almond milk... 1/2 cup
  3. Water... 1 cup
  4. MariMatcha Power... 1 tbsp
  5. Optional: for sweetness, a dash of maple syrup


  1. Fill two cups with ice and pour in the full-fat coconut milk, followed by the almond milk.
  2. Blend the MariMatcha Matcha powder with 1 cup of water using a kitchen blender (or if you prefer to use a chasen bamboo whisk, simply whisk the Matcha), and pour the frothy Matcha on top!
  3. Stir with a spoon and add a hint of maple syrup for desired sweetness!
