Creamy and Antioxidant-Packed Matcha Green Tea Chocolate Fudge

Who doesn’t love chocolate - it’s creamy but at the same time crunchy, it’s sweet but at the same time slightly bitter. But what if I told you, there is something even more than chocolate from the cacao bean -- that is, Matcha chocolate.

Creamy, floral, sweet and fudgey, this Matcha chocolate fudge is so easy to make! Using just three ingredients, Matcha chocolate is the perfect night time snack! Plus, its packed with loads of health-promoting antioxidants and pairs so well with a cup of Matcha!

Prep time: 10 Minutes

Set time: 1 hour

Yields: pieces of Fudge


For the Cupcakes

  • White Chocolate... 16oz
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk... 1 can
  • MariMatcha Matcha Powder... 2 tbsps


  • Powdered Sugar Matcha!... for an antioxidant boost!
    • 1 tsp of MariMatcha Matcha
    • 2 1/2 tsp of Powdered Sugar


For The Chocolate:

  1. Chop the white chocolate into small pieces and pour in the condensed milk.

  2. Microwave for 1 min, or double boil until completely melted.
  3. Sift in the MariMatcha Matcha powder and fold the chocolate batter until well combined.

  4. Pour into a container lined with parchment paper.
  5. Allow to set for at least one hour in the refrigerator.

  6. Top with more Matcha or Matcha powdered sugar for an added antioxidant boost!

  7. Enjoy with a fresh cup of MariMatcha!
